Consultation: We tour your home, photograph rooms, and provide recommendations for decluttering, furniture placement, and updates.
Staging Guide: Within 48 hours, receive a room-by-room guide with actionable checklists.
Staging: If needed, we can bring in furniture, art, and accessories. Installation is typically the day before photos.
Cost & Payment
Consultation: $250 in-person, $150 virtual
Staging for Occupied Homes: Typically $800–$2500 (includes consultation, install, 30-day furniture/accessory rental, de-staging)
Payment: 50% before installation, 50% after de-staging
Vacant Homes
We furnish and style key rooms so buyers can visualize living there
Rooms staged: main living areas, kitchen, dining, primary bedroom, bedrooms, bathrooms (customizable)
Duration: 30–60 days, extensions available
Presence During Staging - You don’t need to be home. Access via lockbox or other arrangements.
