After the consultation, we provide a detailed staging guide showing what we’d bring into each room—furniture, art, rugs, and accessories—along with the total staging plan and associated costs.
Then we can schedule a time to stage, usually done the day prior to photos.

Costs vary based on the scope of the project—from adding just art, bedding, and accessories to fully furnishing empty rooms. Typical projects range from $800–$2,500+.

Vacant Staging
Vacant homes can feel empty and hard for buyers to visualize. Our vacant staging brings your space to life with carefully selected furniture, rugs, art, and accessories, highlighting the home’s best features and helping buyers imagine themselves living there.

We create a staging plan, selecting furniture, décor, and layout to maximize appeal, then send over a proposal for your approval.
Installation is typically completed in one day, scheduled shortly before professional photos.
Standard staging duration is 30–60 days, with extensions available if needed. Staging is usually removed after the appraisal, though timing can vary for each home.

Costs for staging vary depending on the scope of the project. At Golden Hour, we pride ourselves on offering extremely competitive pricing tailored to each home’s needs.
Also, we allow 50% of the payment to be paid at closing!
